Chevrolet delivers more power than any other Tahoe by offering Chevrolet's Performance Induction and Exhaust systems in this package that increase the power of the standard 6.2-liter V8 to 433 horsepower and 467 pound-feet of torque. This is an increase of 13 horsepower and 7 lb-ft over the current available 6.2-liter RST engine. In the Special Edition, the 6.2-liter V8 continues to be paired exclusively with the 10-speed automatic transmission.

Police-spec springs, re-tuned dampers and police-spec structural calibration
- Police specification low ride height of 0.4 inch (10 mm) in the front and 0.8 in (20 mm) in the rear

- Police Firestone Firehawk Pursuit 275/55R20 tires with black 20" aluminum specified wheels
