Horsepower  1961 Chevrolet Corvette.

 The Corvette's upper engine was 315 horsepower, injected with 283 horsepower. Today, the C1 is powered by a powerful LS3 box-engine, which, thanks to an upgraded cam, makes an easy 480 horsepower. Behind this treadmill, the Tremec TKO600 five-speed spins a 9-inch Ford axle finished with 3.50 gears. The entire chassis is custom fabrication by Art Morrison, specifically designed to allow the Late Model to run under the classic Corvette fiberglass. The car's front suspension uses rear coils, fifth-generation Corvette control arms, and rack and pinion steering. The above 9" is hung on a 4" adjustable linker which triangulates a second set of backfiles. Stop points are provided by two C5 calipers, two Wilwood calipers and four ventilated rotors.
