A new 2024 Mercedes CLA has now appeared to announce updates in appearance, improved technologies and powertrain upgrades.

When did CLA get a facelift 

Mercedes CLA, in its second generation, which began in 2019, received external renovations on the 2024 car, which included a redesigned front end that includes the three-star Mercedes-Benz logo inside the central grille, and the headlights were re-illuminated from the inside and at the back. The design of the air diffuser has been modified.

The Mercedes CLA 250 represents the standard version of this model, and it relies on a front-wheel-drive system, and it can be optionally ordered with an all-wheel-drive system (AWD) on the CLA 250 4Matic version. A 48-volt electric system adds 13 horsepower.

Will there be a new Mercedes CLA 

Mercedes presents the updated CLA 250 with new paint colors that include; Hyper Blue, Starling Blue, and three additional wheel designs.

From the inside, the 2024 car now comes standard with 10.25-inch screens for the instrument cluster and the infotainment screen. The MBUX infotainment system contains new classic and sporty display styles. The steering wheel is covered in Nappa leather. Updated cabin options include dark carbon-look material, brown open-pore linden wood, or brown microfiber. An optional Burmester audio system was offered.

Is the new CLA bigger than the old one 

The Parking Package on the new CLA is standard and includes a 360-degree camera view, and an available Driver Assistance Package has been updated to improve steering control for the lane-keeping assist system.

The 2024 AMG CLA lineup consists of:

The CLA 35 and CLA 45 S The Mercedes-AMG CLA 35 and AMG CLA 45 S also gain a 48-volt electrical system, and both versions rely on a 4-cylinder two-liter turbocharged engine that generates 302 horsepower in the CLA 35, and 416 horsepower in the CLA 35 In the CLA 45 S, it is now mated to an 8-speed double-clutch automatic, instead of the current seven-speed.

AMG cars also receive a new front fascia, updated headlamps and taillights, and the S45 is available with the AMG Aerodynamics Package Plus, which adds a fixed rear spoiler.

The 35 comes with three new wheel designs, and comes standard with 18-inch 10-spoke wheels with a high-gloss black finish and machined surfaces, and can be optionally ordered with 19-inch 5-spoke wheels.

As for the 45 S, it comes standard with 19-inch wheels, and there is an optional design of 19-inch wheels as well. It is still too early to know the price of the updated Mercedes CLA 2024.
